In 2025, we covered the top 25 countertop styles. For 2026, we’re covering the top 26. Yes, this means we may be morally obligated to cover the top 87 styles in 2087. Following last year’s format, we’ve updated this article with the most popular countertop styles of 2026. Some are returning champions from the 2025 list. Others are new additions that earned their spot this year, including warmer quartz designs, darker natural stones, Taj Mahal-inspired surfaces, and a few styles that prove homeowners are not done with white countertops. They are simply getting pickier about them.
